We are excited to meet with you!   During our meeting, we’ll target the specific problem or situation that your are facing, look at options and determine the best solution

You’ll get an email from us confirming our meeting.  The email will also include a meeting prep form for you to send in before we meet.

The prep form is a great way for you to get the most out of our meeting by preparing for it in advance.  You can use the form to identify your specific challenge, the things you are tolerating and what you want our meeting to focus on.  That way, when we meet, we can get right into what’s most important to you.
